Welcome to the first entry in my blog. I'd prefer not to use that word since I'm not sure that it's entirely accurate. I'm not going to post photos of celebrities and make snarky comments about them. And I'm not going to post daily updates about the minutia of my life. I guess "blogs," like "books" or "movies" take many forms. What I intend to do here is give updates about Greene & Greene Furniture - Poems of Wood & Light, share some stories about researching and writing that book and announce some of the other projects I'm working on. If you are new to my site, please take some time to look around. There are photos from the book and a few that aren't in the book. There are sample pages. There's also a video trailer.

Bandwidth will be low. There will probably be one or two entries per week. Some announcements will be very short, some stories or essays will be a little longer. You can subscribe via RSS feed so that you don't have to remember to check back. There's an RSS link on the left side of the screen. Though not yet enabled, I plan to setup comments so that you can share thoughts and stories too. That capability will appear as as soon as I work out the technical details. In the mean time, if you have suggestions, use the Email link on the Contact page or at the bottom of each page on my website.
